Last week I spent a lot of my times doing adult things and running errands. Everything from going to the DMV to grocery shopping, stopping by the post office and sitting down to compose ideas for new blogs, I needed an outfit that was functional and still cute. I’ve learned that if you throw on a structured jacket, like this plaid jacket, it instantly ups an outfit.
Voilla, this is what I ended up with. I even added one my latest purchases from Zara. I love that damn store. If you have enough structured patterned jackets, you can easily mix and match them to make endless outfit options.
Plaid jacket for a casual structured look
On days where I have a ton of things to do, I always bring a big carry-all tote bag. My Disney Dooney and Bourke is one of my favorites. It stays structured and has a ton of space for everything like my DSLR, my planner, an iPad, cell phone, make up case and random things you didn’t know you needed but just in case.
